Check-in is self-service and smooth. You’ll receive clear instructions 48 hours before arrival, including access codes and tips to settle in easily. Check-out is just as simple, no cleaning list, no fuss. Standard times are 3pm check-in and 11am check-out, but early/late options are often available on request.
Yes. Many of our guests stay a week or more, especially for work, family visits, or in-between moves. Every apartment is designed for real living, strong Wi-Fi, full kitchens, laundry access, and enough comfort to make it feel like home. Longer stays may benefit from special rates, too.
We get it, it happens. Just message us with the details and we’ll do our best to locate and return your item. Shipping costs apply, but we’ll always confirm before sending anything out.
Receive 100% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making a booking, providing the reservation check-in date is in 2 days time or more. Receive 100% refund if you cancel 5 days or more before your reservation check-in date. Receive 50% refund if you cancel less than 5 days before your reservation check-in date. Unfortunately no refund will be given if you cancel on the day of check-in.
