We’re here to help. Every Noxley check-in comes with clear, step-by-step instructions and backup contact details. If anything doesn’t go to plan, from a code not working to a key not where it should be, message us straight away.
Receive 100% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making a booking, providing the reservation check-in date is in 2 days time or more. Receive 100% refund if you cancel 5 days or more before your reservation check-in date. Receive 50% refund if you cancel less than 5 days before your reservation check-in date. Unfortunately no refund will be given if you cancel on the day of check-in.
