These Terms & Conditions set out the basis of your stay with Noxley.
By confirming your booking, you agree to follow them in full.
Booking & Payments
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full, or the first instalment of an agreed payment schedule has cleared.
Where instalments are agreed, all payments must be made on time. Missed payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking (with check-in at least 2 days away) for a full refund.
Cancel 5 days or more before check-in for a full refund.
Cancel less than 5 days before check-in for a 50% refund.
Cancel on the day of check-in and no refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed according to the above policy only.
Security Deposit & ID Verification
Prior to check-in, we require guest contact details, verified ID (passport or driving licence), and a pre-authorised £300 security deposit.
This deposit is a hold only, not a charge. It is automatically released within 3 days of check-out, provided no major issues arise.
The deposit is in place for peace of mind, covering significant damage, serious noise complaints, or breaches of house rules. Everyday wear and tear (like a broken glass) will never be charged.
House Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone:
No pets
No smoking
No parties or events
Additional rules:
Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. Apartments are fitted with a noise monitor (volume only, no audio recording). If levels exceed 85 decibels for more than 10 minutes during quiet hours, we may contact you to reduce the volume. Persistent breaches may lead to a night guard being called and loss of deposit.
Respect for neighbours and the building is essential. Our spaces are designed for relaxing stays, not large gatherings.
Check-in & Access
Self check-in details will be sent once ID verification and the deposit are completed.
Access instructions are released no earlier than 48 hours before arrival.
Liability
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during their stay.
Noxley is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses that occur within the apartment or communal areas.
Acceptance
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the House Rules and Cancellation Policy.
